First controlled city pilot
Philadelphia is the first proposed controlled pilot location for validating the Academic Affairz model with defined scopes, verified adults, protected learner records, and human review.
No participating school, educator, learner, organization, contract, funding source, enrollment count, partnership, or outcome is represented as confirmed. Programs and relationships remain proposed or pending verification unless explicitly approved later.
